In the content of the units, it focuses on the components of strategies for companies, in

which seeking solutions that improve the final results, it is developed through dynamic
decisions, actions that fulfill a joint purpose.
With the above, different ones will be addressed in each unit mentioned below:

Unit 1

Strategic Decisions: Which through studies it is possible to work for the objectives of the
companies depending on the established goal, it can be short or long term.

In the work of this compliance, mechanisms that generate value for the company are
followed, there are different financial strategies that allow the capital budget and growth.

For this, an objective must be provided to establish and identify potential investments

Unit 2

Business Management Tools: at this stage we can make use of marketing strategies for
companies, among these options is Benchmarking, which allow us to focus on the internal,
competitive, functional and generic environment.
In this process, a continuous and systematic process is developed in different stages,
having a main purpose and application.
With the above and by means of a comprehensive management table, the following
planning can be carried out
- Operational control board; It focuses on the state of the sector or process situation.
- Management Control Board: Monitor the company as a whole with monitoring of the
company's internal results indicators
- Strategic Control Board: Internal and External.
- Comprehensive Control Board: Senior management information encompassing the
three previous perspectives

Unit 3

Management skills, for decision-making: in these skills it is important to recognize that


there are hard and soft ones, among which they are manifested in a specific way.
