My name is Krystal Angel and I have known Austin Sablan for about 1 year. He is a student of mine at El
Capitan High School, where I am a Mathematics teacher. This is a position, in which I have held for over
10 years, and two years elsewhere.

I am writing to recommend that you consider Austin Sablan for any or all scholarships or colleges in
which he meets requirements. In my few years of experience, some individuals stand out for their great
qualities and Austin is one of those people. He is well known for his hardworking, career driven, and
adapting personality. He is well respected throughout the classroom as a student who is involved, helps
out, and is always working harder to better himself. He always makes it a point to communicate any
problems and always asks for assistance if he is faced with difficulty.

Austin Sablan would like to become a senior digital artist. He plans to get a digital arts degree.
Currently here at ECHS he holds a 3.34 GPA while being involved in FFA, taking AP courses and has
earned his computer graphics certificate.

In summation, due to his great attitude, dedication, and excellent potential, I would heartily
recommend that you accept Austin Sablan for any and all scholarships or colleges, so that he can
further his education and reach his goals. I am sure that he will not let you down.
