INTRODUCTION

Pastilan Corporation. This infamous business name in derived from a story of

hardworking mother and her inspired son. Her mother always yells at him every time
he did a wrong action and the word “ Pastilan” Always mentioned in every argument.
To honor his hardworking mother, he named

2024school business ‘pastilan in order to
reminisce those arguments. Pastilan can be divided into two words ; pastil and
pastilan. Pastil is a muslim-dish made with steamed rice and usually topped with
shreeded chicken or tuna meats. The rice is often wrapped in banana leaves to give
it flavor and aroma. It’s commonly served as a light meal and popular regions like
Mindanao in Philippines. The one word “ Pastilan” a language spoken in the Visayas
and Mindanao regions of the Philippines , “ pastilan” is an expression used to
express annoyance and frustration . it’s a casual an colloquial way to convey mild
irritation or disappointment.
Pastilan Corporation is newly established food business specifically situated at
Matho, Cortes, Surigao del sur and located at Matho Integrated school Campus.
Their catchphrase ,” Busog Garantisado sa Presyong Barato” is notorious.
As previously noted , the proprietors of the business are students , namely
those participating in the ABM program for the 12th grade. In order of their assigned
roles within the company . The following are their names with their designated
positions in the business. Arnold Rivera as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
followed by Sarah Jane Trugello, the Vice President (External) and Shierame Rivera
for the Internal who’s automatically in change for compiling all paper works.
The Head Manager Angela Gallardo Who’s being obliges to look over for the
other remaining teams, evaluating every angle of the business. Ryza Dublas as in
change in Accounting Team With her list of staffs; Junrell Lauron and Roger Orbillo
Jr. They’re assigned to work out anything related to financial issues and concerns
including the presentation of financial statement. Jesrel Diaz for the Marketing Team
composing of two members: Ivy Mae Gondaya and Rico Jhan Duran. They are
obligated to take over the needs of the business in regard to the 7P’s the Product,
Place, Positioning, People, Promotion, Price, and Packaging. Bernadette Alfaro as
assigned leader for the Production Team having two staffs namely; Mary Jane Ortiz
and Marie Jovel Lagare. Specifically in charge with Production Schedules,
Production Process, Production Costs, and anything related only the product.
Nelbert Daraman is the leader for the Design and Internal Team with members of the
two namely; Joseph Cuarteron and Jennive Alzate. Officially responsible for
designing the social media publication materials and so on.
Some students and teachers in Matho Integrated School are far to their
houses and it’s so struggle if they will go home every lunch due to the continuous
