Introduction:

Essay basic stages of the company and people in the work environment

In the workplace, different points of view are generated based on people

As the living conditions of your home and residence are also taken into account,

since work life becomes complex and that is why it is sometimes more the cause of

conflicts and the different differences that arise in the way of work.

How can the problem be solved?

Times change, technology is more advanced every day and that is why it has its

potential but we have to take into account the misuse of technologies because from a

very early stage minors are more careful about being involved in technology than having

communication with others and that also happens in the workplace, communication is

lost since we do not express what we feel directly but rather we communicate through

technologies such as cell phones, for example using the chat tool, which is why the lack

of feeling expressive to make an issue clear without misinterpreting the message and

generating discomfort between two or more people

Is that why the issue of tolerance is fundamental and even more so if it is at

work?
Coexistence is something very important since sometimes it becomes difficult

and it is not indifferent in the workplace because at work it is more shared, so we have

to tolerate each other so that there is better communication and not have differences

since everyone is equal. We are different and our cultures and skin traits can be

noticed, but being more tolerant and respectful makes us better people and we can

handle ourselves better with good communication and respect for others.

Its importance?

The values that are instilled in us from home, respect for others, are kept in mind

and thus conditions at work can be improved to have economic stability and growth of

the company.

Example:

If in a company there is a conflict between the boss and employees, whether due

to position, it is very difficult for the company to arise, but if you want the company to

continue moving forward, the employee needs to assume his position and fulfill the

functions according to his role.

In this way, we must take into account situations that affect us as human beings,

but also have good communication and improve the work environment where strategies

and solutions are improved.

We can improve intolerance strategies

1. Respect for time

2. Socialize more
3. Motivate better treatment

Conclusion:

There are many stories that occur in the workplace of different companies and

ways of working, which is why the good and bad results of each communication are

known, but having a little more tolerance teaches us to respect and admit that we can

all change and improve. our aspects, that is why the problems we have in our homes

cannot be mixed in a work environment because it is not the most appropriate, but we

learn from experiences.
