Re.ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

With reference to your letter UDIAMC/T-30/22/00201 Dated 29-12-2022. We are

pleased to confirm the AMC contract from 6h January. 2023 to 5h January. 2024 for
the following compressors:
a. Model No. 2340 (3 Nos)
b. Model No. 2475 (1 No)
As mutually agreed we hereby confirm the lumpsum rate of Rs.29,000/=+GST 18%.
The contract includes:

1. Two visit to carry out regular overhauling during the year (Total 3 visit).
2. The service Engineer will carry out inspection, checking of machines, routine
preventive maintenance including cleaning of filters, rings, packing. changing
of oils (oils to be supplied by us) and a no-load run of the machine.

3. Shouldthere be a breakdown in any of the above compressors you willattend

immediately to carry out the necessary repairs without any extra charge
