WHOLE WHEAT BREAD WITH SESAME SEEDS

INGREDIENTS

1kg of whole wheat flour

50 g of yeast

3 tablespoons olive oil

500 ml of water

Sea salt

2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

METHOD

1.Put the flour in a large mixing container, add the yeast and salt and mix everything.

2.Stir in the oil and mix well, start kneading with one hand,

and with the other add warm water. Knead well with both hands

for 10 minutes or more.

3.Cover the container with a clean cloth, let stand in a


temperate place for 1 hour (the dough must double the volume).

4.Once the dough as doubled in size, shape it as desired, I chose rolls shape.

5.Lightly oil a baking sheet and place the bread gently.

6.Brush the bread with soy milk and sprinkle with

Sesame seeds. Let stand for another 30 to 45 minutes.

7.After 30 or 45 minutes Place the bread in oven and Bake for 45 minutes at 220 ° C in the preheated
oven.

8.Introduce the blade of a knife to make sure the bread is well

cooked. The knife blade should come out clean. (The dough does not have to

paste)

9.Take out the bread from oven and brush with oil on top. Serve after 24 hours, in this way the yeast
in the bread would have died. Enjoy.
