All students Apply for Housing: After the application period, you will be able to apply for Mid-

All students Administrative Enrollment: Your online enrollment has to be complete before
your arrival. The Registrar will send instructions. Required documents2: Mid-June Mid-

For Learning agreement (before mobility): is signed by the Academic Team, The
Erasmus “Before Mobility” part must be signed after the online course registration 1st or July January
2nd round. (when your official course list is set)
All students Online course registration: You will receive an email from the Coordination of
Studies with the updated course offer. Then, you will receive an email with all July January
the instructions to register to the courses including the deadlines.
Visa: Here is a list of the documents normally required to apply for a visa:
1. Passport (must be valid for the entire duration of your stay in
France)
