This document is the principal method for recording information about supply chainsand mapping timber sources back to the harvest origin as part of the [ORGANISATION NAME] due
diligence system. We ask suppliers to provide information about their timber and paper products, components and timber sources for the purpose of conducting risk assessment on timber supply
chains.
