COMMUTETRANSPORT
- Clear out your entire day. Depending on your area, it will take you 2x-3x the time you
take to travel to the PH Arena.
- Heavy traffic is expected during busy months. [Holy Week, Summer, UNDAS Break,
Holiday Break].
- Fastest and direct route is still via NLEX.
- There are fans or fan communities who offer transport assistance (vehicle booking,
carpooling, bus rental, etc.). Be sure to cCheck your fan communities for details. in
case this is offered.

- You may also stay in the parking lot until the roads have cleared. Previous attendees
mention clear roads at around 2:00AM onwards.
-
EATING OUTDINING
- There are no restaurants in the complex but there will be plenty of food stalls inside the
arena itself.
- Bring snacks and drinks to have energy for the day
- Best to eat and bring food from your location or along the way. Though there are food
options at NLEX, these could get crowded with the sheer number of people passing through.
- You can also get a decent meal along the gas stations at NLEX or on the way.
- If you have a car, you can bring your food and just chill and camp out until your assigned
queuing starts.
- For multiple friends traveling by car, you can have a picnic party at the parking area

THE CONCERT
- BEFORE
- There will be different ticket claiming and queuing instructions depending on the
concert.
- Read the FAQs provided by the concert organizer. Claiming of Physical tickets may
not be available at PH Arena so claim your tickets a few days before the concert.
- Depending on the organizer, Soundcheck and VIP standing queue numbers are
given either on a first come, first serve basis on concert day, or through an online
queue. Please check the organizer’s guidelines beforehand.
- For non-VIP ticket holders, entrance to the Arena starts 2 hours before the show.
- The Arena does not have escalators nor elevators. Please allot time to climb the
stairs especially if your seat is on the upper floors.
- Keep right when using the stairs to avoid crowding.
- DURING
- PH Arena is less elevated than MOA Arena. Please don’t raise your banners and
phones to record your idols (especially in VIP Standing) higher than eye level.
This blocks out the view of the people behind you who want to see them as well.
- For those in the standing area, please step back when you are asked to, to give
everyone breathing space.
- Keep your lightsticks well strapped to your wrist and be careful when waving it
around.

OTHER REMINDERS / DECORUM

- Mobile signal in the area is sparse. Inform your family and friends of your whereabouts
and itinerary before you lose connection.
- Always practice discretion in your transactions including joining transport assistance and
purchasing tickets
- Don’t crowd other fans giving away any freebies, please line up or meet up in a less
crowded spot.
