1. Explain the characteristics of a 21st-century educational leader
Answer: How do you become a successful school leader or promote international school leadership? Here are
the qualities I believe you must cultivate to succeed in the twenty-first century.
Communicative, Collaborative and ConnectedOpenly seek and share information and knowledge. Seek to
be understood and to understand others. Always be connected to your staff by communicating with them and
collaborating with them with an open mind.
Positive Energy
Create a positive environment in the organization, never show them intimidation and never show disrespect to
your staff. As a leader always have good vibes in the system to build a good rapport between you and your
staff.
Confidence
You should work confidently, make decisions, and plan with optimistic goals. Give your staff your full support
and confidence in their potential. Never underestimate your subordinates; instead, provide full support for their
work and capabilities.
The ability to think outside the box is very powerful. Creativity and innovation are effective ways to deal with
the disruptions and complexities of the twenty-first century. Empower students and teachers to be resourceful,
adaptable, and creative,
Intuitive
Learn to trust your instincts. listen to the voice within you.
Ability to Inspire
Learn how to inspire others, when we need to inspire, why we need to inspire and what is the focus of your
goals in inspiring your subordinates to be as one and to work together as one.
1. analytical Thinking: Analytical thinking is an important aspect of strategic management because it involves
analyzing data and making decisions based on the findings. Analytical thinking enables an objective
assessment of a situation and the identification of potential solutions.
2.Strategic Planning: Strategic planning is the process of establishing objectives and devising a plan to
achieve them.
4.Risk Management: Risk management ensures that the organization is prepared for potential risks and can
respond appropriately.
3. Make an environmental scanning in your workplace. Make a strategic analysis using the SWOT.

SWOT ANALYSIS
With all the information in the table above. The internal strategic analysis concern is more of the issue in the
organization that can be catered to and resolved immediately or in a long-term process. External strategic
analysis concerns is more on the issues outside the company or organization that can affect the status of the
company or organization.
