III. Procedure
A. Preliminary Activities:
1. Activity
Show some examples of Logos that are familiar with the children.

2. Analysis
What does each picture tell? What do we call these symbols? How do these logos do? Does it show the
elements and principles of art?

3. Abstraction
What are the elements and principles of arts applied in logo design?
Value Focus:
Rowena can easily draw or create her own personal logo using the computer. She just browses and search
for different samples. What kind of girl is she? How does she perform her task?

4. Application
The teacher will group the class into 4.
a. Each Group will create their own logo design that will show their group Name using the different
elements and principles of art.
b. Tell or identify the elements and principles of Art applied in each of the logo sample.

3. vision (astigmatism, myopia, hyperopia, xerophthalmia, strabismus)
5. skin, hair and nail
6. (sunburn, dandruff, corns, blisters and calluses, ingrown toenails)
7. posture and spine disorders (scoliosis, lordosis, kyphosis)
8. oral/dental problems (cavities, gingivitis, periodontitis, malocclusion, halitosis)

4. Application
What are the common health issues that you have or you have observed?
Assign these topics to small groups for them to discuss and the report to the class
