Names: Barbara Reyes and Maria Muñoz

Teacher: Juan Espinoza Faundez

Good evening, the reason for my email is because I was reading my employment
contract and I had a doubt regarding it, hoping that they can help me solve my
doubts, my question refers to the following: Should the rest be granted for
collation when a part-time work is agreed in a reduced number of hours?

Without further ado, I bid you farewell.

Good morning, with respect to the doubt that arises I proceed by this same to
respond, if after receiving my answer, there is no total clarity, let me know by this
same means.

The second paragraph of article forty bis A of the Labour Code establishes that the
ordinary daily working day of part-time work must be continuous and may be
interrupted for a period of not less than half an hour and not more than one hour
for collation.

I bid you farewell.
