The researcher used a validated survey questionnaire from the

study that has the same purpose and problem. The researcher will make a formal
letter of request to conduct a study in the school premises, specifically to the
Senior High School Students of Mapulang Lupa National High School that will be
given to the Senior High School department and to the school Principal office as a
form of approval and ethical formality, after the permission letter is granted, the
researcher will then identify the qualified respondents. The qualified respondents
are the students who received a merits, certificate arecognition for doing great in
their first semester.

The researcher will print a enough copy of the survey questionnaire, next the
researcher will go to each room of the respondents and distribute the survey to the
qualified and chosen respondents. The researcher will make sure that any of the
respondents wishes will be respected and the researcher will also ensure that they
