Dear Mr. Wright


As you know, we’ve recently had thorough discussions about the future of Hudson
Corporation in European markets. After the recent meeting, we believe that developing
sales using e-commerce and repositioning our brand is the two strategies most likely to
succeed.
Firstly, the e-commerce will provide our company with a global reach. By expanding the
markets on the internet, we can be in touch with our customer directly. On the top of
that, Hudson will have the ability to provide quick delivery of goods with very little
effort.
Secondly, we want to reposition our brand by selling Hudson suitcases and bags at
medium price range instead of only the higher price like before. Using the low-cost
strategies for Hudson’s core products can remain the quality of goods at a lower price
while still making our position more competitive.
