4. 3 months warranty on BATTERY, CHARGER, and THERMAL HEAD.
5. Under return and refund policies, if product found defective due to factory defects or
error caused by us are hereby accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS:
• If the serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
• If damaged, malfunction resulting from alterations, misuse, abuse, fire, thunderstorm or
any natural phenomena, entry of insects, vermin, rodents and unauthorized repairs by
any person.
• Service transportation charges are not included.
