INCIDENT REPORT

On October 13, 2023, at around 0835 AM . a Magnitude 5.2 of Earthquake happened at our Mabini Batangas.
The effect of the aforesaid earthquake in our Jobsite is almost unrecognized . Even the minimal effect . After
being notified by the NDRRMC, we then still gathered our workers and immediately informed for a possible
AFER SHOCK for safety preparation.

At around 01:00 PM , together with the project in charge Engr. Jumar Andres. We have conducted an inspection
at the project site , We found out that the said tremor did not cause any damage at our project site.
