Additional Comment: Paula contributions are much
appreciated; the other members of the team feel they can turn

treatment plans with dosimetrist/physicist. Additional Comment: Paula checks in after each step of the
dosimetry workflow prior to moving the plan forward.
6. Dependability
Schedules breaks, lunches, and other time needs with clinical Meets Expectations [10 pts]
instructors.

activities. Additional Comment: Paula takes great initiative. She will pull
in ct scans, begin the auto contouring and subsequent contour
refinement, pull in ancillary imaging, look ahead at the
schedule, etc.
7. Application of Knowledge
Demonstrates a basic understanding of physics concepts and Meets Expectations [10 pts]
principles. Additional Comment: One of Paula's strengths is her
comprehension of the physics of radiation therapy. She
displays a knowledge that exceeds some of some of the RTTs.

8. General Dosimetry Skills

Exhibits a basic knowledge of anatomy, tissue dose tolerance, Meets Expectations [10 pts]
definitive tumor dose, and typical field arrangement. Additional Comment: As Paula becomes exposed to more case
types, her knowledge regarding pertinent dose levels and field
arrangements continues to grow. She is beginning to make
connections and apply these concepts to similar case types.
Paula has a good grasp on how and why varying
fractionation/dose schemes require different planning
objectives. She is cognizant to apply appropriate goal
templates, etc.
Yes
Paula is doing very well. Her autonomy is increasing and her dosimetry skills are becoming more refined. Now that Paula really has the basics down, we are
working on fine-tuning her plans, broadening her comprehension of plan evaluation beyond basic coverage, dmax, and just meeting goals, and beginning to
lay the groundwork for some of the more complex plans that she will be tackling next. It is truly a pleasure to have Paula in the clinic.
