W: I will repeat your order Ma’am/Sir, a Canapé, Sunday salad, chicken corned soup, butter
steak with vegetables, and cheesecake.
G: Yes, alright.
SUGGESTIVE SELLING
W: Your dinner will be perfect with a bottle of wine, Ma’am/Sir, we have a beautiful
Californian Cabernet Sauvignon with an alcohol level about 5.5% and it has 650 ml per
bottle. Would you like to try a bottle, Madam/Sir?”
G: Yes, Thank you!
W: Thank you Ma’am/Sir, I just get the appetizer first.
G: Okay.
WINE SERVING
W: Sir, good evening. Pia here, your wine sommelier for today’s lunch.
Here is your wine, Californian Cabernet Sauvignon, from Switzerland, in the year of 1998. It
contains a 5.5 percent alcohol level and a volume/bottle of 650 ml.
W: Would you like me to open your bottle of wine?
G: Sure
(Use the cork screw to open the wine and carefully pull the cork screw)
W: Okay, do you want to drink the wine right now, sir?
(For your evaluation, pour a tiny amount of wine)
W: Ma’am/Sir, here's the wine.

W: Sir, may I pour you a glass of wine?
G: Yes.
W: How’s the wine, Ma’am/Sir?
G: Everything is good.
W: I hope you will enjoy the wine, thank you for your time. If you need any assistance,
kindly call me.
SERVING DESSERT
(Clean the area with a table napkin before serving dessert.)
W: Here's one of our best-selling, the cheesecake. Enjoy our dessert. If you have any
concerns, Ma’am/Sir, please do not hesitate to call me.
G: Okay, thank you.

W: Ma’am/Sir, did you like your meal?
G: Thank you (BUST OUT)
W: Ma’am/Sir, would you want some coffee?
G: No, thanks.
W: Have you finished your bread Ma’am/Sir
G: Yes.
W: How about the wine, Ma'am/Sir?
G: I'm also done.

(Remove all utensils except the water goblet.)

(Guest asks for the bill to be brought)

G: Cash please
W: Okay Ma’am/Sir, I received 5,000 pesos and please wait for your change and receipt.
W: Excuse me, Ma’am/Sir, here's your change and receipt.
G: Okay, Thank you.

G: Thank you, I enjoy it.
