Hello,

At the moment we are with licensed, and I have some doubts about it.

If I am a civil servant and I present medical leave, do I still enjoy my remuneration?

Can they refuse me the payment of a license?

If I am a civil servant and my license is rejected, reduced or modified, do I have to return money

to the Public Service?

Kind regards.

Cristina and Daniela

Good afternoon, hoping you are well, I answer your concerns;

During the validity of the medical license, the official will continue to enjoy the total of his

remunerations.

The Compin, the Medical Licensing Unit or the Isapre, as the case may be, may reject or approve

the medical licenses; reduce or extend the requested rest period or change it from full to partial

and vice versa. In all these cases, a record of the respective resolution or pronouncement will be

recorded, with the grounds in view to adopt the measure, in the digital or paper form of the

respective license.

The return or reimbursement of remunerations or subsidies unduly received by the beneficiary of

an unauthorized, rejected or invalid license is mandatory.

Waiting for your welcome.
