to be a part of the Disney Cultural Exchange Program as a Disney Cast Member. As a 19-year-old
Digital Communication student at FAE Centro Universitário in Curitiba, Brazil, I am eager to
immerse myself in a multicultural environment where I can contribute to creating magical moments
for guests from around the world.

My love for Disney began as a child and it definitely grew with enchanting visits to the parks over the
years, where I witnessed firsthand the profound impact that Cast Members can have on creating
unforgettable moments. These experiences have fueled my desire to be a part of the magic and
contribute to the joy and wonder that guests experience at Disney.

Having traveled extensively and interacted with people from diverse cultures, I am fascinated by the
beauty of different perspectives and the power of storytelling. Throughout my journeys, I have
cultivated a genuine interest in listening to people's stories and understanding their backgrounds. This
passion for cultural exchange aligns perfectly with the essence of the Disney Cultural Exchange
Program, which celebrates diversity and strength connections across borders.

My professional background in advertising has equipped me with valuable skills that align with the
demands of the program. Whether working for individual companies or managing multiple clients at
an advertising agency, I have honed my ability to effectively handle diverse client needs. Adapting to
various requirements while staying true to the company's culture and values has become second
nature to me. Moreover, my experiences have fostered strong teamwork abilities, enabling me to
communicate, divide tasks, and find innovative solutions in collaborative settings. I thrive in
fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and taking ownership of projects, both
independently and as part of a team.

As a dedicated volunteer at the First Baptist Church of Curitiba, I have gained valuable teamwork
experience and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. From supervising children during the
kids' ministry service to mentoring and organizing events for teenagers, I have learned to effectively
collaborate with diverse teams, handle unexpected situations, and promote positive relationships.
Additionally, my role as a graphic designer and social media coordinator for the teens' ministry
Instagram has allowed me to put my communication skills into practice while creating engaging
content for a young audience.

By participating in the Disney Cultural Exchange Program, I see an incredible opportunity to further
develop my communication, problem-solving, and cultural understanding skills. I am eager to learn
from the finest teachers at Disney and contribute to creating magical moments for guests from around
the world. I deeply admire Disney's commitment to inclusivity, making each person feel valued and
heard. The company's dedication to exceeding expectations and maintaining a truly magical
atmosphere aligns perfectly with my own values and aspirations. I am incredibly grateful for this
