 BleaChairs is a combination of the words “Bleachers'' which means “a
cheap bench seat at a sports arena, typically in an outdoor uncovered stand”
and “Chairs'' which means separate seat for one person, typically with a back
and four legs.” This project aims to provide comfortable seats for the Senior
High School students of Jose B. Cardenas Memorial High School Uptown-
Campus Senior High School Department.

This project requires manpower and sponsors that would share with the
expenses needed to purchase the necessary materials needed for this project
to be completed. The said project is estimated to cost (PHP 125,500) One
hundred twenty five thousand five hundred pesos for 4 bleachers to be
constructed. The amount needed in this project will be coming from the
different sponsors.

The following advantages that Project BleaChairs can offer JBCMHS-UC

students are as follows:

1. Support for School Spirit: BleaChairs provide designated space for

students to cheer and participate in school events, promoting a sense of
unity and school pride.
2. Community Building: Sitting together in the BleaChairs encourages
interaction among students, promoting socialization and the development
of friendships.
3. Educational Opportunities: BleaChairs can also be used for outdoor
classes, assemblies or presentations, providing a unique learning
environment outside the traditional classroom.

II. Introduction

 BayeNihan Youth Organization, an organization that started way back in
2020. This organization is composed of selected Women Youth in our
community. The members joined voluntarily in this organization and had
different functions in the group.

Our organization focuses on the betterment of schools and the students.

We are concerned with the improvements of public schools. For more than 3
years, our organization has helped some schools in many ways in school
property projects such as, school library or reading corners, canteens, lockers
and pathways that students and teachers benefit from.

III. Needs/Problems
One of the issues that our School is facing nowadays are the lack of
BleaChairs in Jose B. Cardenas Memorial High School Uptown Campus Senior
High Department. Students are always standing when there is an important
events and there's no BleaChairs for all the students to sit. It is important that
the BleaChairs that we are going to make must be enough for all the students
in Jose B. Cardenas Memorial High School Uptown Campus Senior High
Department. This problem had always been the concern of the students
studying in Jose B. Cardenas Memorial High School Uptown Campus. It had a
huge impact on the students, especially with their manpower. Many students
here have been struggling with the lack of BleaChairs.

IV. Goals/Objectives
BleaChairs is one of the solutions to the existing problem with regard to
the students standing in the quadrangle area if there is an event in Jose B.
Cardenas Memorial High School Uptown Campus. This project aims to create
bleachers for the students of Jose B Cardenas Memorial High School Uptown
Campus through the help of the constituents who are willing to participate in
the said project.

 ● Provide comfortable seats for the students of Jose B. Cardenas
Memorial High School Uptown Campus that could be used anytime.
● Make effective use of available spaces in the campus.
● Create open bleachers that value sustainability and durability
where students can gather and take part in activities

V. Procedures/Scope of Work
BleaChairs will be funded by the sponsors and the construction should be
done with the help of Man's Power and people who will participate
voluntarily.

The construction of the BleaChairs should be done according to the following

IX. Evaluation
By the time this project is created or completed it will be a huge help to
the students of Jose B. Cardenas Memorial High School Uptown Campus.From
the start until the end of the construction, the assigned members of the team
should monitor and evaluate the progress of the project.
