• Aluminium framed sliding glass entry door with amplimesh screen and locking mechanism.
• Sliding windows with overhead flashing (50mmm overhang to each side of window)

Paint:
• Acrylic undercoat provided for the Interior walls and ceiling linings with Mould Shield acrylic topcoat.
• Weather Shield acrylic paint or deck pro mahogany oil stain for exterior wall cladding, decking, roof
trim, fascia, barge boards and verandah posts.

Engineering Certificate:
• Structural engineering certificate provided. Client to provide site info.
