Due to the lack of maintenance, the canal is being
damaged day by day. The canal was completely
destroyed for the following reasons:

Single Storied
• Most of the middle-class residences are
single-stroried.
• All the sethlements at the slum areas
majorly single storied structures.
G+1
• Some ot the middle class and upper-calss
residential buildings are double floored.
• Most of the ground floor area is utilized as
small scale industries and the first used for
residential purpose.
G + 2 and G + 3
• Most of the municiple corporation buildings
are g+2.
• Institutional complexes like school and tutori-
als are of g+3.
• Small clinics, commercial shopping complex-
es, food and beverages are g+2.
G + 4 and G + 5
• In TOUL SANGKE, we have a
maximum height of g+5 building.
Such as multi-specialty hospitals
and house for rent.
