Rules Regarding Hostel Fee (Academic Year 2023-24) 1. Hostel Accommodation is given on first-come first-serve basis upon making an application for hostel accommodation with non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000. 2. Non-refundable and non-transférable Hostel fee of Rs. 20000 is to be paid for the confirmation of room booking if hostel application is approved. The applicant must pay the rest amount of annual hostel fee within 15 days of taking residence in the Hostel. In case of installments, at least 50% of the Hostel Fee shall be paid before occupying the room or as approved by competent authority. 3. Hostel fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. All students must pay the fees as per the Schedule declared by the hostel authorities. Failure to pay the fees on or before the date(s) specified will result in the instantaneous forfeiture of the room as well as any fees already paid 4, A student or a visitor, subject to availability, may be allocated a room on monthly tasis, Monthly fee per person shall be paid as per he table below. Minimum fee of one mouth shall be paid before room may be occupied. 5. Ifa hostel resident leaves the hostel in the middle of an academic year, he/ she is liable to pay the hostel fee for at least one semester (half of annual hostel fee) 6. Fees for the subsequent years must be remitted on or before the due date notified by the hostel authorities. 7. Hostel accommodation shall be requestest during taking admission through online portel. Offline applications for hostel can be made to the in prescribed form. 8, Ifa resident is asked to evacuate the room in the middle of an academic year. he/she shall pay fees Up to current month. Fee for each month will be calculated by dividing the annual hostel fee by 10.
