Job Description

This role collaborates directly with senior leadership, subject matter experts and project managers. You will be
immediately responsible for updating and developing eLearning content and content curation on our LMS. You
will create Learning Plans / Curriculums and upload SCORM files to the LMS. The successful candidate will need
to have a diverse, blended learning background that includes learning design, learning technology tools, project
management and an instinct for developing innovative, creative and engaging adult learning experiences.

Required Skills

1. Create Learning Plans/Curriculums; upload SCORM/AICC Content as per the training need requirement.
Edit & update e-learning modules.

2. Develop, configure, and manage learning paths or training modules in the LMS.

3. Manage relationship with internal partners and facilitate the successful loading of learning content in
the LMS for internal employees.

4. Work autonomously, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

5. Create and update resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and
professional development.

6. Develop interactive, engaging courses using Storyline 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Murf and latest AI tools.

7. Adhere to adult learning theory and proven instructional design principles.

8. Incorporate creativity in order to appeal to a diverse, global audience.

9. Follow development guidelines to ensure courses meet technical, functional, and LMS requirements.

10. Use graphics and assets appropriately to support content.

11. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues as appropriate.

12. Work independently, yet collaborate with the broader team to ensure course alignment.

13. Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and
training development team members.

14. Work with subject matter experts to collect data for training needs, performance requirements,
operating procedures, technical systems, processes, and other related information.

15. Design targeted, interactive, and engaging eLearning that supports and enables performance
objectives.

16. Work independently while understanding the necessity of communicating and coordinating work
efforts with other team members.

17. Demonstrate excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in accordance with style guides and
branding.
Skills/Requirements

1. 2 or 3 years’ experience in corporate learning environments, content curation, developing and


designing corporate-wide learning programs with engaging and relevant learning elements.

2. Experience establishing and measuring training key performance indicators to ensure compliance,
effectiveness and return on investment to the organization.

3. A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Industrial Psychology, Engineering or


equivalent work experience.

4. Experience in Instructional Design, Content Curation, Development Technical Writing, and Working
with any LMS.

5. Experience with multiple authoring tools used to create interactive instructional materials. Storyline
360, Vyond, Murf.ai preferred. Camtasia required.

6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and similar web conferencing tools.

7. Strong communication written skills (written and verbal).

8. Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.

9. Flexibility in shifting focus in a fast-paced environment with continually changing priorities.

10. Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment.

11. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects.

12. Strong attention to detail and quality with exceptional organization skills.

13. Good experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, analysis and reporting.

14. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal written communication skills.

15. Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment.

16. Creative, inquisitive and coachable; ability to take constructive feedback.
