MINUTES OF ORIRENTEMI COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

ASSOCIATION MEETING HELD ON 28TH APRIL 2024

PRESENT:
Mr. Abatan, Mr. Bello, Mr. Akinode, Alh. Aminu, Mr. Adeniji,
Alh. Alabi, Mr. Owolabi, Alhaja Bello, Pst. Oke.

OPENING: The meeting commencement motion was moved by

Alh. Aminu, seconded by Mr. Adeniji .The opening prayer was given
by Mr. Atanda Akinode at 5:45pm. Due to the absence of the
Secretary there was no minutes read.

MATTERS ARISING: Alahja Bello complained about the selling of

sand at Joshua Oke-Owo Street main gate junction. The house
agreed to look onto it and get back to the meeting next week.
Another report from the local Government Ikotun came from Mr.
Bello that we should report any inventories to the Govt. for further
actions. They mentioned some road development in our areas and
that streets owners should start paying for renewals.

GENERAL: Pst Moses Oke also explained Mr. Emmanuel Obele

Son, about key opening gate at Beyioku Street; but the matter was
referred to Ifesowapo Landlord Association for action.

FINANCE: N1,600 was collected as seating fees and expenses

incurred was N1000, cash at hand home N700 plus N600 totality
N1300 should be sent to bank. Banking remained N11,000.

CLOSING: The closing prayer was given by Alh. Alabi Rabiuah at

6:55 pm.
