BDO Executive Search is currently looking at hiring a for the role of an Associate Consultant/ Consultant based
out of Mumbai.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in executing executive search assignments, collaborating with clients to
understand their unique talent needs, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and execute executive search assignments, managing the entire recruitment process from initial briefing
to candidate placement and beyond.
• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
• Utilize comprehensive research methodologies to identify and assess top-tier executive talent.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client
requirements.
• Stay well-informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and talent landscapes to provide valuable insights to
clients and internal teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of specific industry sectors to enhance the quality and relevance of executive
search services.
• Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

ESSENTIALS / QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Graduate or Postgraduate or other Advance degree(s) from Premier Institutes. Relevant industry certifications
would be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Ability to utilize advanced search techniques to source passive candidates and build a robust candidate
pipeline.
• Excellent research skills and strong analytical skills
• Ability to identify top players in an industry, competition benchmarking, etc.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness in work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack to think out-of-the-box and come up with creative solutions to address
client needs.
• Ability to identify technology solutions to augment efficiency.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Passionate individuals with strong commercial business acumen.
