IMOC email can be accessed through Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) .

For Changing the password please follow on the below option:

1. For user who is using a common computer or any other computer

Please follow these steps:
1. Go to this URL https://mail.imoc.ae/owa
2. Log in by using the Initial password (Provided by IT Dept.)
3. Click on Options on the upper part
4. On the right frame, You must type the old password then the new and with its confirmation
After typing the new password, you must click on Save (upper part of the page)
5. After changing the password, you will get a screen to close the current session so you will have to click
on OK and return to the logon screen to start a session with the recently changed password.

Please make sure the chosen password complies with the Password policy:
1. Password must contain at least eight characters
2. Password minimum age is one day
3. Password expires after 60 days
