General Notes :

The term "Architect" herein specifically makes reference to "Architect


Hafeez Contractor" . Use of this drawing for construction shall explicitly
confirm acceptance of following conditions :
1. All General Notes as per sheet G01(General Information & Index
Sheet) are applicable to this drawing sheet.
2. Do not Scale Drawings. Dimensions govern.
3. All dimensions are in millimeters unless noted otherwise.
4. All dimensions are from unfinished to unfinished levels unless
otherwise specified.
5. In case of discrepancies larger scale detailed drawings shall
supersede smaller scale drawings.
6. Any discrepancy in between Plan, Elevation, Section shall be
immediately brought to Architects notice prior to construction on
site.
7. Any discrepancy between Architecture, Structure, MEPD,
Dacade,other drawings shall be immediately brought to Architects
notice prior to construction on site.
8. Any irregularities in construction which occurs as a result
discrepancy between Architecture, Structure, MEP, others drawings
washing machine water supply which have not been brought to the Architects notice prior to
execution shall become the responsibility of the Contractor.
9. All services (MEPD) drawings are to be referred only for technical
content , only coordinated working drawings to be followed for all
work at site.
