Please write about the difficulties you faced while conducting activities:
Answer- In conducting survey research as part of the DLLE program, challenges often include
ensuring ethical conduct, and analyzing data accurately. It was really important to do things
ethically all the way through. Also, we needed strong math methods to study the data properly.
Even though it was hard, we learned a lot about how to do surveys well.
Answer- I managed to handle these problems by doing a few different things. I used different
ways to find people to participate, improved my surveys based on feedback, made collecting
data easier, followed ethical rules carefully, and got better at analyzing statistics. Making
schedules and coordinating tasks better helped us collect data more efficiently. Following strict
rules about what's right and wrong and getting trained ensured we did our research in a fair and
honest way.
Answer- In extension work, my goal is to assist people by sharing helpful information and
collaborating for the common good. I aim to find ways that benefit both people and the
environment in the long run. Flexibility will be key, as we may need to adapt our approach
along the way. It's also important to regularly check if our efforts are making a positive impact.
Answer- I can say that my expectations are partially fulfilled. I have been able to share useful
information with people and collaborate with others for positive outcomes. I got better at

talking to people and solving problems. I used what I learned in books in real life situations.
The activities were even better than I thought they would be and taught me a lot.
Answer- Through extension activities, I learned about community needs, teamwork, and
sensitivity in working with diverse people. These experiences have enriched my learning and
Answer- Extension work will help me make society better by helping people directly. I'll share
important information and skills to empower people to improve their lives. By working
together and supporting each other, we can achieve common goals and create a stronger
community.
Answer- Regularly monitoring the results of various initiatives and actively seeking feedback
from those impacted will enhance our ability to refine future projects, activities, and concepts.
Embracing constructive criticism enables us to learn from past mistakes, fostering greater
of positive
change.

Please mention below your research findings and conclusions from this project.
(about 200 words)
Answer:
The research data reflects diverse perspectives on gender roles and equality. The majority of
respondents disagree that women are less intelligent than men, should always follow the
political preferences of men, or should be confined to traditional roles within the home.
Similarly, there is agreement that women do have a role in decision-making within their
families, and that sons and daughters should be treated equally.
However, there are discrepancies in views regarding English proficiency's importance for
women's liberation, with some agreeing and others disagreeing. The majority also disagree that
dowry should cover a wife's expenses or that men should be paid more for the same job.
There's general agreement that men should help with household chores.
Regarding educational attainment, the respondents vary widely, from undergraduate to PhD
levels. Marital status and living conditions also differ significantly, indicating a broad range of
social backgrounds. Overall, while there is some progress in gender equality attitudes, there are
still areas of improvement, especially concerning perceptions of women's roles and
opportunities in society.
Additionally, the data highlights varying levels of support for women within communities,
with some respondents expressing dissatisfaction with the current state of support available.
There's also a notable finding that some individuals believe having a son is important for
carrying forward the family name, indicating persistent gender biases in certain cultural
contexts.
In conclusion, while there are encouraging signs of shifting attitudes towards gender equality,
the research highlights the need for ongoing efforts to address entrenched gender biases and
promote inclusivity across all aspects of society. It emphasizes the importance of education,
advocacy, and policy interventions in fostering a more equitable and just future for all genders.
