Environment Health &Safety EHS Policy
At our company, we are deeply committed to conducting our operations in
a manner that prioritizes the well-being of our people and the preservation
of the environment. We recognize that our actions have a direct impact on
the environment, climate change, and the health and safety of our
employees and the communities we serve. These considerations are at the
heart of our sustainability initiatives.
Our Employees
 Work to prevent accidents and injuries by ensuring safe work
conditions and behaviors.
 Actively promoting the reuse and recycling of materials wherever
possible during construction to minimize waste generation.
 Establish and implement enterprise-wide engineering, Maintenance
and EHS standards that are robust, scientifically sound, and
protective of the environment, and human health.
 Establish EHS incident, crisis and hazard management and
response plans. In the event of an EHS incident, we will take
appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence at the
specific location, as well as across the enterprise.
 Provide training to employees to support compliance with this
policy as well as our EHS standards, programs and management
practices.
Our Customers:
Collaborate with our customers to develop and provide services that help
meet or exceed their EHS objectives. Seek their input or feedback on
sustainability initiatives or safety measures related to the products or
services they receive.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We comply with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws,
regulations, and standards in all areas of our operation. We will strive to
go beyond compliance whenever possible, seeking continuous
improvement in EHS performance.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation
We identify, assess, and mitigate environmental, health, and safety risks
associated with our operations. This includes conducting regular risk
assessments, implementing appropriate controls, and ensuring that all
employees are trained to work safely.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Our Enterprise EHS staff, led by the senior chief executive officer is
responsible for establishing this policy, governing compliance and
reviewing the company’s EHS performance with business unit leadership
on a regular basis. Executive and senior level managers are responsible
and held accountable for implementing this policy, allocating adequate
resources and program implementation. Site level managers and
supervisors are responsible for EHS performance in their areas of
responsibility and are expected to demonstrate behavior that is consistent
with a culture of world-class EHS performance. Additionally, management
roles and responsibilities for EHS are clearly defined, as necessary,
Within company policies, job descriptions and profiles. These roles and
responsibilities will be adequately assessed, controlled and monitored and
our people will be clearly involved on matters that affect any of the EHS
aspects. Lastly, our employees are responsible for integrating sound EHS
practices into their everyday activities.
Goals and Targets
Our primary goal is to prioritize the safety and well-being of our
employees and stakeholders by minimizing workplace injuries and
incidents throughout our organization.
To drive consistent improvement in our Environmental, Health, and Safety
(EHS) performance, we are dedicated to ensuring that our EHS
Management System adheres to the highest industry standards. This
includes compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, reflecting
our commitment to excellence in environmental stewardship and employee
well-being.
By adhering to these principles, we aspire to lead the way in the power
sector, particularly in grid station and transmission line projects, setting
new standards for excellence and responsibility in the industry.
