MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This memorandum of Agreement was entered into and was executed by and in between:

The BANNAGAO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A public elementary institution, with the office address
at Bannagao, Aurora, Isabela, represented herein by its School Head, RONALYN P. CAINGAT, herein after
referred to as “DONEE”

-and-

The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF AURORA, represented by the municipal mayor Hon. JOSEPH
CHRISTAN G. UY herein referred to as “STAKEHOLDER”

WITNESSED that,

WHEREAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF AURORA commits to sponsor a construction of an 8CL 2-

storey building at Bannagao Elementary School, Bannagao, Aurora, Isabela.

WHEREAS the STAKEHOLDER shall provide support to the school by donating a school building
for the learners.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES hereunto have set their hands this 4 th day of January 2023
at Aurora, Isabela.
