II. General Guidelines
Prohibition of pets, cooking (gas stove or propane), laundry, hanging of laundry, smoking, drunkenness,
satellites, and devices exposed from public view.

Visiting/visitor policies (2 nights maximum stay of guest & charge of P100 water share) Personal
belonging shall not store his personal property outside of the leased unit, (i.e., slippers, shoes, umbrellas, cabinets,
etc.) except in designated storage areas. Borrowing of money by contractors of the building (non-liability of
management)

Advising agent in case the client will go on leave or vacation to shut off utilities.
Security Deposit shall be forfeited without the need of further notice in case the LESSEE will not be able to
complete the Contract period or any renewal or extension period hereof.
