Team tkII conducted “We Care” Activity drive at site, in this drive Inspiring
leadership message delivered to employees and workmen such as we stop
card, Nutrition, Excercise, Ergonomic Postures, and Stress Management.

Site Station Head Mr. M.A Rahim conducted surprise site walkthrough identified
critical hazard points, reported to relevant departments for compliance, and
educated workmen and employees about reporting incidents, unsafe acts, and
conditions.
The theme of World Malaria Day 2024 is “Accelerate the fight against malaria for
a more equitable world.” The theme focuses on the attempts to eliminate the
disease completely and to educate and inform people to prevent it from reaching
more.
Team tkII for their outstanding participation and achievements in the BPCL
National Fire Service Week. They topped in various competitions including BA
Rescue operation and slogan competitions.
Team tkII distributed glucose and ORS to employees for the prevention of
Heat stroke in summer.
On site TBT conducted “Job Specific”. Importance of job specific TBT was
conveyed to the workmen. Also, it was advised that all job specific hazards
& risk associated with the work shall be communicated to all workmen who
will be engaged for the activity.
TBT and PEP talks arranged by OHSE team at different locations of CPP and
communication of Hazards & risk associated with the activity planned and
with existing ones was shared. During the course emphasis was given on
coordination & communication among the teams.
In a swift response to the emergency siren codes, workmen and employees and
visitors promptly gathered at the assembly points near 220KV substation and God
Baba Temple during the emergency mock drill.
The damaged chequered plate has been promptly replaced with a new one at
PCTP-1, effectively eliminating safety hazards and ensuring a safe environment for
all occupants.

Workmen at site as a safety promotional activity. During the course of event
Staff & workmen are being rewarded for their out standing performance in
Safety Management. i.e. Reporting Near miss / UA / UC, Safety suggestion,
reporting BOSOP.
