TO VICE-RECTOR
OF THE UNIVERSITY
 Important information
about me
I am 43 years old. I came to England
1. because of the war in Ukraine

I have two higher educations: technical

2. and economic, as well as a PhD in
economics, associate professor

My work experience:
- in the field of higher education - more

3. than 20 years;
- University teacher - more than 10 years;
- Dean of the Faculty of Information
Systems and Technologies - 5 years;
- vice-rector of the university - 4 months.

I found my life calling in working with students. There

were many successful projects and plans. But the war in
Ukraine changed my life. I had to choose between career
and security. I chose security. Therefore, now I am in
England and I want to be useful to this beautiful country. I
want to be an educational volunteer. This is my new way.
 Currently I work as a lecturer
at the National University
of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine.

I give lectures and conduct classes online using the platform ZOOM

Now I teach such

disciplines:
Management and
administration in eSports;
Event management in eSports;
Teamwork

I teach students:
- strategic vision of eSports in the business environment;
- making managerial decisions;
- organization of eSports events;
- management of eSports organizations;
- effective team communication.
 Right now I have two goals:
- learn English (currently my English is at E2 level);
- be a volunteer at an educational institution in
Norwich.

What can I do as an
educational volunteer NOW:
educational and social work with Ukrainian
students of the college (organization and
holding of thematic events);
holding educational events on the topic of
cybersport for English students (if there is an
interpreter);
organizing an esports tournament between
students from England and Ukraine.

A new path should always be

started with small steps...
Therefore, any volunteer work in
an educational institution will be
a good experience for me.
 My successful projects

Organization of: international

conferences, the work of the "Useful
Leisure Club" and the start-up club,
student cultural events and concerts.
Participation in City Hall events.
Preparation and participation of
students in international competitions

Victory in the international

competition of startups. Participation
in training events for teachers,
international conferences.
Continuous self-education and
advanced training
 In conclusion

Each of us should strive to be as useful as possible in

the place and conditions where we are now. That is
why I have a great desire to be useful to the English
people, who helped Ukraine a lot in its difficult
times.
