Pagpapaunlad ng Ispiritwalidad
Ang pananalig ay malalim na paniniwala at pagtitiwala sa Diyos. Naniniwala tayo na
may Diyos na gumagabay sa lahat ng ating mga gawain. Ang pananalig sa Diyos ay hindi
taglay ng isang tao lamang. Lahat tayo ay may iba’t ibang antas ng pananalig o
pananampalataya sa Diyos. Maaaring mas malalim ang pananampalataya ng isa kaysa sa isa,
ngunit pareho silang mayroon nito. Mahalaga ito dahil gaano man kaliit ang paniniwala ng
isang tao, taglay pa rin nito ang pagasang siya ay matutulungan at mapapatawad ng Diyos sa
kaniyang nagawang kasalanan gaano man ito kaliit o kalaki.
Kapag pinapaunlad natin ang ating pananampalataya, lumilikha tayo ng pagasa na
may kabutihan. Ipinapakita natin ang ating paniniwala sa Diyos sa maraming paraan, sa
maliit o malaking bagay man. Lahat ng ginagawa nating kabutihan sa ating sarili at sa kapwa
ay nagpapakita ng pananalig sa Diyos. Ang mga bagay na ginagawa natin na naaayon sa
Diyos ay may malaking epekto sa ating sarili. Ito angnagbibigay ng pag-asa sa atin upang
mabuhay ng matiwasay.
Panuto: Basahin ang dayalogo at sagutin ang mga tanong pagkatapos nito.Nagkasundo ang
magkapitbahay na sina Ana at Lin na sabay silang mamili sa palengke. Habang naglalakad
pauwi ang dalawa ay may nadaanan silang isang lalaki na nagpupulot ng kalakal sa tabi ng
kalsada.
Ana: Mama, gusto niyo po ba ng kalakal? Mayroon po ako sa bahay. Kunin na langpo niyo,
kaysa itapon lang.
Edo: Naku, salamat po! Kailangan ko ngayong makapag-uwi ng makakain para saaking
dalawang anak?
Lin: Ano po pangalan ninyo?
Edo: Ako po si Edo. Huwag po kayong mag-alala, hindi po ako masamang tao.
Lin: Pasensiya na po. Hindi po iyon ang ibig kong sabihin. Gusto ko lamangkayong makilala.
Edo: Pasensya na rin po kadalasan po kasi ang ibang tao ay lumalayo sa akin
atpinagdududahan ako kapag nakikita nila ang ginagawa ko.
Ana: Mang Edo, bakit po kayo nangangalakal?
Edo: Alam niyo po sa panahon ngayon mahirap na pong kumita. Nawalan po kasi ako ng
hanapbuhay. Dati po akong construction worker. Nang nagkapandemya nagsara po ang
aming kompanya at wala na po akong mapasukan.
Dahil ayaw ko po na magutom ang aking pamilya, kahit anong uri ng trabaho basta’t
marangal gagawin ko.
Ana: Nakakaawa naman po ang sitwasyon ninyo.
Edo: Naku, okay lang po kami. Sa awa ng Diyos, may mga mabubuting tao nanagbibigay sa
amin ng tulong. Tulad po ninyo na magbibigay ng kalakal sa
akin, malaking tulong na po iyon.
Lin: Mabuti naman po at kahit nahihirapan po kayo sa buhay ay maganda pa rinang inyong
pananaw.
Edo: Alam niyo po, kahit anuman ang sitwasyon namin, hinding hindi po ako mawawalan ng
pag-asa. Alam ko po na ang lahat ng ito ay pagsubok lamang Niya na siya pong
magpapatibay ng aming pananampalataya.
Lin: Tama po kayo. Sa panahon ngayon tanging magagawa na lamang natin ay manalig sa
Maykapal. Pasasaan ba’t matatapos din ang krisis na ito.
Ana: Salamat Mang Edo dahil lalo ninyong pinalakas ang aking kalooban dahil samga
kwento ninyo sa buhay. Natuto tuloy ako sa inyo na kahit anuman ang mangyari, huwag
mawalan ng pag-asa sapagkat nandiyan lagi ang Diyos na ating masasandalan sa panahon ng
kagipitan.
Edo: Naku po, Salamat din po kasi sa dami ng taong dumadaan dito kayo lang po ang may
mabuting kalooban na tulungan ako.
Ana: Alam mo Lin, totoo ang sinasabi ni Mang Edo. Lahat ng ito ay pagsubok lamang na
magpapalakas ng ating pananampalataya.
Lin: Oo nga, basta’t may pananampalataya may pag-asa.
Ana: Nandito na po tayo Mang Edo, samahan na po kitang kunin ang mga kalakal.
Edo: Maraming salamat po. Biyayaan po sana kayo ng Diyos.
Binigay ni Ana ang mga kalakal, muling nagpasalamat si Mang Edo. Nang
paalis na siya, pinigilan siya ni Lin at binigyan siya ng isang supot ng pagkain.

A complex sentence is a sentence that is made of one independent clause and one or
more subordinate clauses.
An independent clause has a complete thought and can stand on its own. It is a

Why do we have day and night? Earth is always moving. It spins on its tilted axis. It is
called rotation.
As Earth rotates, the sun appears to move across the sky, but it is the Earth that is
spinning and we do not notice it because it spins so fast at about 1, 675 kilometers per hour. It
takes 24 hours to complete one rotation which is equivalent to one cycle of daytime and
nighttime.
When Earth rotates, half of it faces the sun and the other half faces away from the sun.
 Earth’s rotation results to the occurrence of day and night. Regions or places facing
the sun experience daytime, that side is warmer and brighter. Regions or places facing away
from the sun experience nighttime so it is cooler and darker. Since the Earth is always
spinning, there is a line between day and night and we pass through it each day. Activities of
people and other living things change according to the time of the day.
The Philippines is located near the equator. During daytime, our country, same as the

LESSON
Participates in Video and Audio Conferences in a Safe and Responsible
Manner
 Audio conferencing is a meeting among three or more persons in different locations
that typically uses handheld wired telephones, speaker phones or mobile phones. Since audio
is used during this conference, it is a must to have a clear transmission of everyone's voice.
You can use HI-Q, an offline application to modify and enhance your voice.
On the other hand, Video conferencing is a meeting among participants in different
locations that typically uses computer networks to transmit both audio, text and video data. In
order to participate in a video conference, you must have a video camera, microphone,
speakers and video conferencing software along with your computer with Internet access.
Video Conferencing Software
Nowadays, making video calls is not as expensive as before since there are plenty of
free video conferencing software that are available.

1. Download the Zoom desktop application on your computer.
2. Click on the meeting invite URL that the host shared via email or chat.
3. Click open Zoom meetings.
4. Approve the request for permission to use your computer's audio and

5. Wait for the host to let you in.
 Depending on the meeting's set-up, you may enter the meeting right away, you may
need to wait for the host to arrive first or you may be placed into a waiting room that the host
controls.
We should be careful in using video and audio conference tools. We should use these
tools in safe and responsible manner for our own good and others.
