Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda,
Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda.

2. Applicants must not have attended any other leadership programs, including Regional Leadership Centers
and Mandela Washington Fellowship
3. Applicants must be aged between 18 and 35 years old
4. There are no fees required to apply to or participate in the program.
