ADOR Digatron is an Indo-German Joint Venture between the ADOR Group of India, a 115-year-old
infrastructure products and services conglomerate and Digatron GmbH Germany, a 55-year-old
specialist in power electronics for the energy storage sector. The company has pioneered the
development of battery testing, manufacturing & charging products for the energy storage, mobility
and clean energy sectors and is acknowledged as one of the leading innovators of battery technology

Quench EV Chargers is a brand created and owned by ADOR Digatron and was launched in 2020 to
provide primarily DC fast charging products globally from India. The brand also includes a capability
for AC slow charge products. In 2023, Quench charger capacities range from
30kW/60kW/120kW/180kW/240kW in both static and mobile platforms. Higher capacities are
planned for 2023/24, including assembly in the United States and MEA region. Quench products are

Position Summary:
As an intern with our development team, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the
dynamic environment of EV charger and battery formation & testing. This internship offers hands-on experience
in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, providing valuable insights into the development process of cutting-edge
technology in the electric mobility sector.

Duties & responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of EV chargers and battery formation & testing equipment.
Support the testing and validation of new products and prototypes.
Collaborate with engineers to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in product performance and
efficiency.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for product development.
Assist in creating technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
Help maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in EV technology and manufacturing processes.

Required Skill Sets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
