Sweet Talk

Some actors play a role without even standing in front of a camera. They are voice actors and what they say is all
that matters. Voice actors provide the speaking roles for characters in cartoons, animated films, commercials and
video games. These actors have to use their voice to show how their character is feeling. But who can become a
voice actor? Voice actors could be almost anyone, ranging from famous stars to less known Internet video
bloggers. The best way to become a voice actor is to practise speaking clearly, try out for auditions to gain
experience and perform in your own voice acting videos on the Internet. Over time, an actor’s voice can become
well-known, resulting in more jobs. One advantage of being a voice actor is that they can enjoy their privacy since
few people know what they look like. In fact, a lot of voice actors appear at special events like film and television
conventions where they can meet fans and answer questions, but people don’t realise who they are until they
speak!

11 Most voice actors don’t like standing in front of a camera. ……..

12 Voice actors only work in the cinema. ….…..
13 Not all voice actors are big celebrities. ……..
14 Making videos on the Internet is not a good way to get voice acting jobs. ……..
15 At conventions, many fans do not know who voice actors are when they first see them. ……..
