Description questionnaire for a potential collaboration project

At this stage, our goal is to understand the “story” of the project. Can you please answer this questionnaire with your "own words" and in a simple
manner? It's OK if you don't have all answers at this stage. If you're hesitating between several project, you can fill 1 form per potential project.

We will send you later a more detailed data request to make a first estimate of the carbon credits that could be generated in this project.

1. Where is the project located and what is its size in hectares? Can you please attach .KMZ /.KML file or link to geodetic coordinates?

2. What is the start date of the project (i.e. when the main changes happened / will happen in the field)? How did you define the project’s start date
(e.g. first seedling/plantation, dripline installation, etc.)

3. What is the ownership status for the land (owner, rent (precise duration), etc.)? If you acquired the land recently, when did it happen? Are there any
