Direction:

1. Why is there a need to conduct Stretching/Warm up before the actual physical exercises?

- Warm up and stretching is important before doing the actual physical exercise for it
serves as the preparation for a harder exercise. It helps to loosen the joints and increase
blood flow to the muscles. Doing warm up and stretching prevents a person to suffer
injuries.

2.What are the benefits of cool down after doing the warm up?

- Doing cool down after warm up helps the body to recover from an intense exercise. It will
also reduce muscle soreness to be expected after exercise. Cooling down makes the body
relax again after doing exercises.

3.What is the importance of flexibility in playing taekwando?

- Flexibility is important in playing taekwondo because it helps the player to be more balance and
focused on the game. Flexibility based on the studies from previous year helps a person to have a
good performance and easily adjust to what he or she should do on a specific task or game he or she
is in to.
