OBJECTIVE:
I am a smart man looking for an opportunity to use my education in Mechanical Engineering
(Production) and work experience to contribute to the growth in an organization
/ industry that depends on individual hard work, team work and ingenuity. I am a skilled
Mechanical Engineer with 4+ years of experience, maintaining of machines and tools in
industrial processing company. At my current company we increase production by 14% by
minimum breakdown a machine and increase industrial output by 4%through the more
experience in the maintenance outcome.

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION BACKGROUND:


August, 2014 – June, 2017: High National Diploma (H.N.D) in Mechanical Engineering in
Cape Coast Technical University.
September, 2011 – June, 2014: National Board for professional and Technical Examination
(N.A.B.T.E.X). In Welding & Fabrication KiKam Technical Institution.

September, 2008 – April, 2011: Basic Education certificate (B.E.C.E) at Mam Academy.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:


• August 2019 – June, 2023: B5 Plus Limited
The product steel are Angel pipe, Roofing sheet, Siltting Coil, Plate, Iron rod, Flat
bar and many more. Wearing appropriate protecting equipment at a working fields,
when working with pneumatic and hydraulic machines;
I. Slitting machine
II. CTL machine
III. Tube mill machine
IV. U channel machine
V. Forklift machine
VI. Crane Machine and many more.
All these machine nipples pin are greased and oiling of shears, and change of bearings,
servicing of hydraulic system and pneumatic system and other leakagesare checked. (These are
some of the manual maintenance).
All these machines maintenance are done by replacing spoiled bearings, rotating shaft and
gears.
• September 2018 – July 2019: Nutri Food Ghana Limited (Olam Biscuit factory
Tema).
i. Scheduled maintenance practice with the machine include,
ii. Multipack machine,
iii. Milt machine and
iv. convey etc.
June 2016 – August 2016: Abekah B motors (Cape Coast) internship.

• Adhere for the wearing of appropriate protection equipment at the workshop ensuring
maximum safety during work at the mechanic machine workshop.

• The planned scheduled maintenance(Welding) practice include.


i. Drilling Machine, lath machine and cutting machine.
ii. machine, Drilling machine and Hydraulic pressing are well maintained and Leath
serviced.
iii. Vehicles (Tipper Trucks and Trailders Trucks) are serviced at
Autoworkshop.Constructing of Build Tunnels, Structural Steel for Smidges and
Buildings, MetalBoards and Sign Board.
