STARTUP BUSINESS PLAN

 Three in a team.
 Students are asked to submit the hard-copy (typed or hand written) of the Business Plan for their
STARTUP on the day of EVENT. The contents to be covered are as follows (Company
description – Should include Vision, Mission, Logo Tagline, Investment Plan/Financial Plan,
Market opportunity and analysis, Competitors, Target customers, Description of product or
service, marketing and sales strategy, logistics and operations plan and Sales and growth
strategy, expected break even period )
 The team has to present their business plan of Start-up on the Event Day (50% weightage for
Plan and 50% weightage for the Presentation, 5+2 Minutes)
 Result will be purely based on judge’s decision.

TEAM BUILDING
 Ten in a team.
 Per college one team can participate

GROUP DANCE
 Minimum 4 and maximum 8 participants in a team
 Time limit (4+1) minutes
 Per college one team can participate
 Semi classical, fusion, contemporary, folk, movie songs are allowed but it should include good
theme
 Student have to bring their own props
 Result will be purely based on judge’s decision.

INDO WESTERN MAKEOVER

 Two in a team
 Time limit 90 minutes
 Students should bring their own material like –makeup kit, hairstyle kit and other things.
 Students have to give the list of electrical instruments used in competition before coming to the
event to the student co-coordinators.

 Result will be purely based on judge’s decision.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

 Registration Fee: Rs. 50 per participant

 Only for UG Students
 Props and materials to be brought by participants only.
 Decision by the Judges will be final and binding on all participants.
 Participants are requested to come in formal attire with ID cards.
 Colleges can send more than one team for all the events except team building and
group dance.
