SUBMERSIBLE PUMP INSTALLATION

(BERGVILLE)
A submersible pump installation project completed by our team for one of our Consulting
Engineers, on a river providing water to a local Bergville community.

We fabricated a support frame and base into the rock and sleeve a borehole pump
behind the rock, with the fabricated base frame. This creates protection and also
prevents the pump from washing away should the river levels rise.

KILMON PUMP STATION

(BULWER)

Sherwood Pumps supplied and installed:

• 2 dual Grundfos NK 50-250 15kw pump sets, complete with electrical

panel installation and control valves, and pipework to supply elevated
reservoir for community gravity feed
• All civil work was completed by our team

800KVA MAN GENSET INSTALLATION

Sherwood Pumps supplied and installed this MAN Engine, complete

with a WEG alternator, with a 800KVA power and standby rating for
running and standby in case of power outages. It comes complete with
AMF (automatic mains failure) switch gear.

BOREHOLE PUMP INSTALLATION

A borehole pump installation project completed by our team
where we supplied and installed a 6 inch production borehole
pump on Boreline for one of our neighbouring sugar mills.

Complete supply, fabrication and delivery of a
Gorman Rupp 6 inch pump set with suitable diesel
engine for a satisfied customer.
