DETAILED LESSON PLAN

COOKERY 12

I. Objectives:

At the end of sixty-minute period, the students should be able to,

a. Identify ways on how to store different kinds of pasta noodle

b. value the importance of proper food storage and;

c. create a slogan showing the importance of proper storing of food.

II. Subject Matter:

Topic: Store Starch and Cereal Dishes

References: TVELE Bread and Pastry Manual

Materials: Cartolina, Pentel pen, Tv, Projector and Hand outs

Skills: Listening, Understanding and Discussion

A. Preliminary Activities

a. Prayer
“Everybody stand, for our prayer.”
(The teacher will call the student to lead
