William Jefferson Clinton was born on August 19, 1946, in Hope, Arkansas.
He was raised in Arizona and graduated from Georgetown University in 1968, and then from Yale
Law School.
He was the Arkansas Attorney General from 1977 to 1979. He was the Governor of Arkansas
from 1979 to 1981. He was the Governor of Arkansas again from 1983 to 1992. He was the President of
the United States from 1993 to 2001.
He married Hillary Diane Rodham in 1975. He has on daughter named Chelsea Clinton.
He was the first U.S. president born after World War II. As a child he was a Boy Scout and sang
in his church choir. He met President JFK when he was in high school.
