Interview process
Interview process at Mirantis usually includes:

- Recruiter screen (around 20-30 mins)

- Technical Interview with a team (around 1-1,5 hours)
- Interview with Hiring Manager (around 30-60 mins)

OKRs - introduction

We as a company use
OKR framework
to establish annual and quarterly goals.
OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results.

Objectives: memorable qualitative descriptions of what you want to achieve. Objectives should be short,
inspirational and engaging. An Objective should motivate and challenge the team

Key Results: set of metrics that measure your progress towards the Objective. For each Objective, you should have a
set of 2 to 4 Key Results

OKRs - basic concepts

● Nested Cadences (annual/quarterly/weekly rhythms)

● Bidirectional Goal Setting (approach that is simultaneously bottom-up and top-down.The

company sets the strategic OKRs that each team should use to draft their tactical OKRs.)

Probation period – 3 months Paid Time-Off

A contract can be signed for different periods: 25 days PTO + RTT Days (recuperation days).
1) CDI - permanent employee contract RTT days are acquired only for employees under a day/year contract (218
2) CDD - fixed-term contract days/year) and can be taken from 1st January to 31st December.
3) Purpose-defined CDD - a fixed-purpose contract

Sick Leave

Benefits
Benefit Program provides the employees with the ability
to use corporate budget to reimburse expenses
ultimately aimed at their personal performance
improvement.
A medical certificate is required from the first day of absence. All days are paid.
The first 3 days of sick leave aren't usually paid but the Collective Agreement SYNTEC
allows the employer to pay the employee these first 3 days if he/she has 1 year
seniority in the company.
Mirantis will pay for these first 3 days even if he/she has been in the company for less
than 1 year.
Sick days which are not justified by a medical certificate will not be paid.
