FARM RENTAL CONTRACT

This contract is between ROYAL CHARCOAL TRADING CC and …………………………………………………………….

ID number: ……………………………………………. Owner of Springbok Farm on ……………………………. at OUTJO
POST FARM NO: 143/46/9.

The cc and the owner of the farm agreed on the following payments:

Mushara full load of 34 Ton N$12 000 which is N$353 per ton.

Acacia and Mopane full load of 34 Ton N$8 000.00 which is N$235.30 (In case it is not a full truck loaded,
we will calculate it like that; total tonnage received multiplied by price per ton)

The owner of the farm agreed for the cc to cut and burn the Mushara, Mopane or Acacia Trees in the
farm and put enough number of people to operate there.

The payment of the farm will only be done when the link or container is loaded at least after 7-14
working days.

Any disagreement between the lessor and lessee the contract will be terminated.

The contract is only valid for Mushara or Acacia Wood, when the Mushara or Acacia is finished, then the
contract is automatically terminated.

Upon loading the link or container, the cc should leave an invoice with the container details.

The wood chopper are not allowed to hurt and kill the animals for the owner of the farms if they kills the
animals the cc will deduct the amount of money on his salaries.

The owner of the farm has the right to inspect any truck coming in and out of the farm.
