Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HSE Manager.

• Establish Safety induction and attend daily toolbox talk.
• Portable fire extinguisher for practical demonstration.
• Inspection of firefighting equipment.
• Make sure firefighting equipment is color coded & inspected.
• Make monthly inspection of hand tools and fire extinguisher.
• Inspection the necessary work permits whenever being the
job.
• Checking of proper PPEs of employees.
• Inspection of crane and scaffolding work at height &
excavation with supervisor.
• Implementation of working and height rules.
• Checking of Hot work permit, confined space entry permit,
excavation work permit, lifting work permit, radio Graph work
permit and vehicles entry work permit.
• Check safety requirements during lifting activities.
• Inspection of lifting equipment and color codes.
 • Physical inspection of cranes and check third party inspection sticker.
• Make sure fire watch man, confined space entry attendant, Crane operators and riggers are trained
and certified.
• Implementation of traffic rules and regulation particularly
SPEED Limit.
• Make sure excavation work permit before start excavation
• Identification of electrical hazards, confined space hazards, mechanical hazards.
• Inspection of electrical equipment like, compressor, generators, welding machine.
• Inspect that hand tools and power tools are being used with proper PPEs.
• Inspection of hand tools and power tools and making their color code.
