Please use this template to document the project approach and agreements and tailor the project management
process to ensure the processes required for the success of this project will follow OHA’s Successful Project
Roadmap. The key stakeholders (executive sponsor, project sponsor, and business process owner) make the
decisions for the idea/project while the project manager documents it, agrees to follow it, and lead the team based
on the agreement.

Project Approach and Agreements:
Project Approach: the project will follow the standard PM process as outlined with exceptions below
Project Agreements:
1. A stakeholder workshop will be conducted to include beneficiaries, trustees, employees, etc.
2. The project does not currently have a business process owner. One will be selected during the
initiating process of this project.

If the project key stakeholders determine a deliverable cannot be produced or is not appropriate for the project, the
following Risk Acceptance table must be filled out and signed by the Project Sponsor, Executive Sponsor and BPO.
